About me

I have been practicing yoga and studying anatomy for about 8 years. I hold a Power Yoga certificate, as well as a 200-hour certification recognized by Yoga Alliance (RYT 200).

This practice inspires me to continue exploring, to keep learning, to question certain ideas, and to observe the body and movement from different perspectives.

I have also had the opportunity to teach in Bratislava and in Brittany, and I am currently based in Colmar.

For me, yoga is both a philosophy, a mindset, and a conscious form of movement. These dimensions complement each other to create a practice that is enjoyable, safe, and respectful of the body.

This is also why I continue to train and expand my knowledge, connecting traditional yoga principles with more modern approaches to movement and anatomy.

In my classes, I try to create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere where everyone can feel comfortable and progress at their own pace. I enjoy guiding my students in their practice and helping them connect more deeply with their body and their breath.

I would be delighted to meet you and to see you on the mat.
